Our team has been working to resolve the speed issues on the site.  Perfomance has increased, but there may still be some intermittent periods of lag.  We will continue to monitor the site closely and bring additional resources this week.  Thanks for your patience.

What is happening?

In a sense, we've grown more than we expected to.  There's a lot loaded onto Cubview, and as we add more, it's having an effect.  At certain times, this causes things to back up.  There also may be some parts of Cubview that aren't calibrated in the best way, which we're looking into.

What we are doing

First - we've brought additional resources to the current configuration, to get things back to normal.  This is, however, a temporary fix.  Next, we're going under the hood to identify where there moght be trouble and reconfigure it.

Speed is a priority

We recognize that if Cubview isn't fast, it slows down your needed work.  Nothing could be more important than getting this resolved.  Know that we're working hard on it.

What's the fastest way to find a class or group?

1. Find your teacher, first.  Do a quick search for their last name.
2. Once you find their profile - look under groups.  (hint: only about 5 groups are displayed right there.  If you don't see it - Click on the words Group Membership)
3. Once you find their group, click on it.

How do you find assignments, quickly?  Now that you are following your teachers, use the Activity Link (top left).

From there you can see activity from across the school site, starting with those you are following.

You can filter that activity more.  Want to see just teachers?  Click My Faculty.  Want to see just Assignment Posts?  Click "Assignments" from the dropdown.

In the upper left hand corner of the screen is your profile icon (above the shield).  Click on that to find your way back to you.

Want to find the announcements?  There are a couple of ways!  First, check your login page every day for a quick link to the latest announcements.  Second, look up in the topbar for the "Announcements" link.  Now you can check the daily announcements, no matter where you are in the site!
