THIS WEEK: Seniors, your supervisor signed time sheet from your service site in January is NOW DUE. Seniors missing this due date will be awarded JUG. This is important, so get it done.
EVERYDAY: Juniors and sophomore service proposals are accepted by Mr. Zeko and Mrs. Moran in the Service Center. All sophomore and junior service proposals are due by March 1. Summer Service Session by special request only before March 1. Proposals must be submitted and accepted before the start of the volunteer hours, if the student wants co-curricular credit for the experience.
ATTENTION FRESHMEN: If you DID NOT fulfill your 2 required tutoring sessions during the first semester HSPT-8 Tutoring Program YOU MUST complete them through the HSPT-7 Tutoring Program that begins on February 11th. YOU MUST fill out an Freshman Student Volunteer Form by this Friday, Feb. 3rd. Forms and details available in the Community Service Office. Contact Mrs. Moran at amoran@loyolahs.edu with questions.
ATTENTION SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS: We are in need of students to serve as tutors for the HSPT-7 Tutoring Program. You apply this service (20 hours of volunteer hours) towards your sophomore/junior community service requirement. The first of four tutoring sessions begin on Saturday, Feb. 11th. If you would like to sign-up, please stop by the Community Service Office this week for information and forms.

ATTENTION FRESHMEN: All freshmen interested in enrolling into next year's Honors English 2 class are REQUIRED to attend a MANDATORY informational meeting this Wednesday at the beginning of lunch in Otero Hall. Information about the program will be distributed and discussed. You will also be filling out an application form and evaluation sheet at the meeting.
