The Loyola High School Speech and Debate Team is a nationally competitive team in forensics. We participate in both LD and Policy Debate. Our students learn the art of persuasion and argumentation. The students get to apply these skills at tournaments in the Los Angeles, California, and National regions. Students from Loyola travel to Northern California, Texas, Minnesota, Chicago, New York, Nevada and multiple other areas in the country. Our goal is to train students to achieve the honor of attending both National and Tournament of Champions level of debate
